Terms of service.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Draft for legal review: This starter agreement is not a substitute for your executed client service agreement. Obtain Canadian legal review before accepting live subscriptions.
Scope of services
Nexthinge provides the website design, hosting administration, maintenance and other services specifically described in the selected plan and any signed statement of work. Third-party services and extra development are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Setup and subscriptions
At checkout, the customer agrees to a one-time setup charge and a recurring monthly or annual subscription at the displayed rate, plus applicable tax. The setup fee covers the included onboarding/build scope; extra requirements are quoted separately. Billing renews automatically at the selected interval until cancellation. The service begins after onboarding and scope confirmation.
Cancellation and renewal
Customers may request cancellation through the enabled billing portal or by contacting info@nexthinge.ca. Cancellation stops future renewals when processed according to the applicable service agreement, but does not automatically refund previously paid fees. Any applicable minimum notice, handover charges or early termination terms must be separately agreed to and clearly disclosed before sale. If you intend to cancel, contact us ahead of the renewal date.
Refunds
Any refund eligibility or exceptions will be governed by the executed service agreement and applicable consumer and commercial laws. This page does not create a blanket no-refunds policy.
Customer responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business, licensing, branding, content and data-feed information, obtain rights to supplied material and maintain required broker or board authorisations.
Listing data and third parties
Access to listing data depends on applicable permissions, licence arrangements, technical specifications and ongoing compliance. Availability is not guaranteed for every geography, board or client. Third-party costs may apply. Nexthinge is not affiliated with or endorsed by CREA solely by virtue of provider approval or technical integration.
Websites, content and intellectual property
Ownership, licensing and permitted use of developed code, design, templates, supplied content and third-party components will be specified in the signed client agreement. Service cancellation may require exporting content or migrating the website and may affect access to managed services.
Results and availability
Websites and SEO services do not guarantee search rankings, inquiries, sales or uninterrupted availability. Reasonable support targets and backup arrangements should be stated in the relevant service agreement.
Liability and governing law
Appropriate limitations of liability, dispute resolution and governing-law terms must be finalised in the signed agreement following legal review.
